Cancellation & rescheduling
Life happens, and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask for 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another client and keep your coach’s schedule working for everyone.
To cancel or move an appointment, call us at (773) 236-1283 or email shane@movementmedchicago.com. We’ll confirm the change and, if you’d like, help you find a new time that fits.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. If something urgent comes up, reach out — we handle genuine emergencies case by case.
