Pricing

Pricing that fits how you train.

Every program here is built around one body — yours — so rates depend on the session format you choose and how often you train. Here’s how it works.

Session formats

Four ways to train, four price points.

01

Private (one-on-one)

A single instructor, fully focused on you. The highest level of attention — where most members with an injury history or a specific clinical need start.

02

Semi-private (you + 1)

You and a partner share an instructor, each with your own program. A lower per-session rate than private, without giving up individualized programming.

03

Small group & trios (3–4 people)

Our largest format — we never run big classes. Shared time brings the per-session cost down while the coach still moves person to person.

04

Massage & manual therapy

Therapeutic and sports massage, booked on its own or alongside your training plan.

How rates are set

Your number, in writing, after the consult.

Three things determine what you’ll pay: the format above, how many sessions per week fit your plan, and whether massage or manual therapy is part of it. In your free 15-minute consult we match those to your goals and give you exact rates before you commit to anything.

Not ready for a program? Drop-in sessions are available for visitors and first-timers, and our program pages explain what each track involves before you ever talk to us.

Pricing questions

Good questions, clear answers

It depends on the format (private, semi-private, or small group) and how often you train. After your free 15-minute consult we give you exact rates in writing — no surprises, no pressure.
Because programs here are individualized, not class passes. Two members in the same format can be on different plans depending on frequency and goals, so a single number would mislead more than it helps. The consult is how you get your real number.
Yes — 15 minutes, no obligation. We talk through your goals and history, and you leave knowing whether Movement Med is a fit and exactly what it would cost.
No referral is required. If you’re coming from physical therapy or a physician, we’re happy to coordinate with them — but you can book a free consult directly.
Yes. Drop-in sessions are available for visitors and for locals who want to try us before committing — same coaches, same assessment-first approach.
